I am Nicola and my love of travel started from childhood. Family holidays to Spain, Portugal and Greece exploring sites and new cuisines. My solo travel started at 27 when I had the biggest urge to go and experience the world. I started using group travel companies to fit in with annual leave from work, and that's the start of my big adventure. 

 

I have visited over 35 countries by a mix of City breaks, Cruises, group tours and visiting friends who lived abroad. I had the privilege of living in the Seychelles for 3 years and regularly visit back to keep Intouch with my good friend and my god son. I know the islands in and out, but only shared the basics (not to bore you silly). So any questions get in contact.

 

My experience of people telling my I am "brave" proves that people are scared to solo travel, these are single people or people in relationships with partners that are home bodies. I have met so many people with different circumstances to why they want to travel and I can say confidently if you take the leap you will be disappointed you didn't try it sooner.

 

I mainly solo travel, but still go on family holidays and have trips with friends. I hope the information I am sharing is helpful to all types of travellers because personal experiences are so important in life. If I can encourage someone to visit a place they always wanted to visit, this site has worked.
